Villa Perachori
The Perachori villa is located in the beautiful and picturesque village of Sivas, Heraklion, Crete.
It belongs to the family of Michalis Giannakakis, whose love and inspiration created a wonderful place to host families or couples who want to enjoy their holidays on the enchanting island of Crete.
The villa has a total size of 120 m² and consists of a 50 m² living room, 3 bedrooms, 20 m² each, and a 10 m² bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable double bed and the other two bedrooms - a one single bed each. The bathroom has a Hydromassage column.
It overlooks the fantastic plain of Messara, has a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout the whole villa. The villa also accommodates a pool-spa in the garden area.

In an area of 3 acres, in 2021 the Giannakaki Michalis family built the villa Harakas.
Villa Harakas is located outside the village of Sivas and offers you all the amenities for staying in a luxury villa, in a place of peace and wellness.
Villa Harakas 105 m2 can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a seating area and a bathroom.
In the 400m2 garden and courtyard of Villa Harakas you will find the pool for moments of coolness under the sunny sky, sunbeds for sunbathing and outdoor toilet.
There is also a garden on the roof of the villa with pergola, sun loungers and a seating area.
Villa Harakas has everything you need to make your stay pleasant, such as bed linen, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioners in all areas and rooms, hair dryer, iron etc.
